Your Cambridge Exam Results

Cambridge English exam results are accessible online; access details can be found on your Confirmation of Entry. Should these be lost or misplaced, you may request a copy from BLTC by email, starting from the date results are issued. Certificates can be collected by candidates from the BLTC approximately 6 weeks after the results. The candidates will be informed by email when their certificates are ready for collection. 

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your Cambridge English exam please contact us as soon as possible. 

Refunds are possible under certain circumstances. A refund is possible: 

• if a refund is requested up to 14 days after the payment date (100% refund)
• if a refund is requested before registration closes (40 euros administration fee) 
• if a refund is requested due to medical reasons (exam voucher to reschedule the exam)
