The British Language Training Centre offers a wide variety of teacher development courses, not only for teachers of English, TTO and CLIL, but also for teachers and lecturers of other subjects, including the humanities, sciences, and the arts. Each course is designed to meet the specific training needs of different types of teachers, from primary schools to university lecturers.

Our TEFL course, the prestigious Cambridge English CELTA course has been running since 1997 with very successful outcomes for its trainees, many of whom have gone on to rewarding teaching careers.

Many of our trainers are specialists in Cambridge examinations courses and as such we are called on more and more to train teachers in how to organise and teach the examinations B2 First, C1 Advanced, C2 Proficiency, B2 Business Vantage and C1 Business Higher in their schools and organisations.
